Note that shipping Household Goods/Personal effects is subject to the following restrictions, that are not limited by:

- Shipper is held responsible for packing, loading and securing cargo in containers or hire labor to load containers. Liability for damage resulting from insufficient packaging, loading and securing cargo in containers rests with the shipper.

- Shipper is held responsible for providing a permit (if a permit required) to have a 20' or 40' container positioned at his/her home or facility. We strongly recommend checking in advance with your local City Hall to see if you need a permit. Some trucking companies may require a copy of the permit prior to delivering the container. If shipper fails to acquire a permit where permits are required, any charges that incur will be billed to the shipper.

- Exceeding of free LIVE LOAD time is subject to additional charges from trucking companies. Find more about LIVE LOAD in this link.

- This price quote is based on information submitted by shipper. Changes in shipment conditions, i.e. changes in actual w/m, type of commodity, type of pickup location etc may result in the price schedule change.

- NOTE: Even though you have cargo sufficient to fill out an entire 20 feet container, we still recommend you considering our Economy LCL Seafreight Service: shipping boxed, crated and/or palletized cargo. ALL RATES OBTAINED ONLINE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND MUST BE RECONFIRMED AT A TIME OF BOOKING: Rates above may not indicate carrier's GRI (General Rates Increase), changes in BAF (fuel surcharge) etc and must be re-confirmed upon a booking request. Rates in quotes received in our online freight price calculator are valid in aprx. 10 days and reflect freight cost available on the day of quote request. Shipping cost on actual shipping day will reflect GRI, BAF etc on the actual shipping day.

Container Yard's or container's delivery tracking company contact info will be reconfirmed in our dock receipt/shipping instructions upon booking requests.

Shippers are held responsible for loads, securing cargo and sealing containers. If cargo would not fit in a requested container, then shippers are held responsible on paying all charges related to prearrange of initially requested containers of wrong sizes. Shippers are held responsible for obtaining permits for acceptance containers to the load (if necessary).

DESTINATION CHARGES: As an U.S. Freight Forwarder AMID Logistics, LLC does not connect to destination charges in any way. Upon arriving containers to destinations, consignee is held responsible for recovering of his/her import and must to arrange payments of all applicable destination charges directly to destinations officials.
